Jeff Rutt owns a company known as Keystone Custom Homes Inc. His company has been awarded for 3 times as the Best Home Builder by Builder’s Magazine. Very recently, the company has also been recognized as the Health stone award winner during the year 2008. This can be considered as life time achievement award for his service. The value of this award is about $200,000. Besides managing his own company, he has also taken the responsibility of Lancaster Building Association as a President. Number of times he has chaired their board meetings and has acted as the President of the committee.

In the year 1997 he founded HOPE International, which is totally a nonprofit organization. HOPE is associated with different kinds of activities such as:

  • Helping number of developing countries by providing them with various microloans.
  • Providing training on biblically based business to various entrepreneurs.
  • Helping various small businesses in number of ways so that they can expand and grow their business.

The basic aim of HOPE is to eradicate poverty and therefore, they look for permanent solution in this direction. At present, HOPE is very active in thirteen different countries and they have got more than 200,000 clients spread across the globe. As the microfinance institution developed by HOPE reaches the financial sustainability situation, their profits generated are distributed among the various Christ-centered ministries for children of that area.

Jeff Rutt always works under certain basic principles and those are related to efficiency, positive attitude, perseverance and the passion for giving back to the people, who are in need. He always credits all his success to the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the savior of the world.

Currently, Jeff Rutt is working as the Chairman of Board of Trustees of HOPE International, which was also founded by him. Prior to becoming President and founder of his company Keystone Custom Homes, he worked almost for a period of 10 years as a dairy farmer. Under his leadership the business has really grown at Pennsylvania in the South Central region.

In the Pennsylvania, Keystone has already built more than 2700 homes and is known as one of the leading builder.  So far, all his vision for the international ministry, especially regarding microfinance is based on the gospel. He believes that various works of HOPE in the field of microfinance and many other similar activities, which complement people, can surely transform the life of people both physically as well as spiritually.

Transactions of Dubai properties went really up in 2011 but forecasts differ

“Total transactions of Dubai properties rose by 20 percent in 2011 as compared to the previous year, 2010,” according to the report issued on Monday by the emirate’s Land Department.
